Ajab Gajab Ghar Jamai TV Serial was broadcasted on the Big Magic channel every Mon-Fri at 9:30 PM, started on 19th May, 2014 and ended on February 13, 2015. It Red Dot Productions have produced this show. The story of this serial is very exceptional. This serial has played in a role of a son-in-law is called as ‘Ghar Jamai’ in Indian Society.
The main characters of this show are the ‘Ghar Jamai’ and the Grandmother-in-law who is called as ‘Naani Saas’. The story of this show in briefly is, every parent has a dream to send their daughters to her husband’s house, which is called ‘Sasural’. But a royal family, which is known as ‘Shaktishaali Family’ follows an exceptional ritual of bringing home a son-in-law instead of sending their daughters to their ‘Sasural’ after marriage.
This ritual was established 150 years ago when one of the daughters was fired by her in-laws after her marriage, and then the women folk of the Shaktishaali household promised of not sending out their daughters to ‘Sasural’ after marriage in order to keep them safe. They decided to bring the son-in-law to their house after marriage. The ‘Ghar Jamai’ has played some comedy and ruled the whole family in some funny matters. Sumit Vats starred as ‘Ghar Jamai’ and Himani Shivpuri as ‘Naani Saas’.
