Unknown people come close to each other,and lonely people become supportive to each other. It is a love story,but love is not a problem of this story. It is the story of a girl, Manisha.
She meets Jiten (her friend) after four year in Nainital. She begins talking with Jiten. She offers him to drink coffee with her but he says to go for lunch, and they go to a Chinese restaurant, Kopakbana. He orders many items like chowmien, spring rolls, American chapcut and jasmine tea. He advises her to eat properly. They start their conversation while having some lunch. She thinks a lot about Jiten. Jiten offers to meet her the next day again and agrees. After lunch,she left for home but keeps thinking about Jiten. But, she was tired and wanted some rest. Then, Madhukar(her husband) comes and then, a conversation begins between Madhukar and Manisha. He offers her to go out for a walk,but she denies.
She thinks that a married life is ridiculous. She wants to stay alone but because she is married, she cannot. She thinks that if they will be friends, they can do which they want to do. In an incoming story, she left her husband. She goes to her lover. She gives divorce to her husband and marries another man. Before another marriage, she wants to find a romantic lover,but now she gets it in excess and is bored. Still, she doesn’t go back to Madhukar because she knew that still,he will not give importance to anyone more than his work. Now, she realizes that no one is perfect and we shouldn’t try to find our happiness in anyone.
Now, she knows that she can find her happiness in her work. In four years, she faces many problems and becomes mature. Friendship, understanding, unity and passion are consequence of great love. Now she knows that “affection is always greater than perfection.” In the end,she feels that there is no meaning in following men. She decides to take all her decisions herself. Now, she decides that she will write to make a living..
