Dhak Dhak in Dubai is a Hindi television series broadcasted on 9X channel from November 15, 2007 until April 29, 2008. The show was directed by Shashank Bali and Imtiaz Punjabi and produced under the banner of Edit II Productions.

Dhak Dhak in Dubai is a story based on confusion and subjective humor. It is a comedy serial that portrays the predicament of Sheetal Patel (played by Shruti Seth), a Gujarati girl who wished to marry a Punjabi boy and Veer Singh (played by Puneet Vashist) who wants to marry a Gujarati girl. 

The story started when the two met and Veer tries to entice her and pretends to be a Gujarati. Veer’s father (played by Rakesh Bedi) has a farm in Punjab and Veer decided to leave his own home. He made a lie that he came from an affluent family who live outside India, while Sheetal’s father doesn’t want her daughter to marry a non-Gujarati guy. Dhak Dhak in Dubai presents an absolute dose of fun, dhamal and masti that surely give the viewers a totally relaxing and joyful day.
