Remote Control TV Serial - 9X

Sitcom Remote Control’ was aired on 9X. It is the story of Babunath family who moves from chawl to a home in a polished society. It was telecast on weekend Fridays and Saturdays at 7 pm. Remote Control is the story of the life of the Babulnath.

The serial has veteran performers like Supriya Pathak, Deven Bhojani, Mansi Parekh and Jay Soni. The character in the serial is played by Supriya Pathak (Baari), actor Jai Soni (Bunty) and actress Mansi Parekh (Bubbly).

Supriya Pathak played the role of the mother who wants to instill the right values in her children’s life. It is a serial which has a message to tell all of us that greed had no controls in life. When money gets exceeded, immediately our wants in life too increases.

Thus, we have lost the simplicity of life. If parents can make an effort to keep the morals in our youngster’s life, then can we make our value system alive in the society. The serial is a comedy drama and very much amusing which tells how the present society has become a ‘consumer craze’ and moving towards luxury only.
