Chef Ki Rasoi TV Show - Doordarshan DD National (DD1)

Chef Ki Rasoi is a Hindi television cookery show that airs on DD national. The main highlight of this show is that the host cum chef of the show is Sanjeev Kapoor. He is a celebrity chef who is also an entrepreneur. As a chef, he has hosted many shows and also even judged many shows. He also bagged awards in various countries for his cooking skills and himself is the show's host. So this will also be familiar to him. In this show, he delivers his style of cooking that is incomparable to anyone. The show starts with Sanjeev welcoming everybody. For each day, he takes a vegetable and starts the dishes like Sabji, Kurma, Tawa Roast, and Bhat. He does not follow any styles such as Restaurant-style, Dhaba style or street food style, etc. He explains the recipe of cooking in between the arrangements of ingredients.

He did not mention the list of ingredients. He also says some tips for cutting the vegetables, to retain the freshness of vegetables, to maintain the taste of food, etc. He does not add any additives or preservatives to create taste in his meal other than his theory of adding masalas. Because the people of all ages love his food and he is an all-time favorite to everybody. He also reveals the quick method and another method for ingredients if the members of the family do not prefer it. Depending upon the dishes, he arranges his cutlery in which he is skilled in it. He does not use any materials that are already processed that he mixes the ingredients in front of the audience and even cuts the vegetables in front of them. It makes the viewers easily observe them and understand them properly. He explains every step completely and cooks the dish properly as he is a professional chef. His charming voice and slang while cooking itself make us mouth-watering.

He completes the recipe with the proper texture, aroma, and flavor that the set takes us to a hotel. The skills of the cameraman also exclusive as he focuses all the gestures of his hand like spreading the masalas, garnishing the foods. It is majestic when the slow-motion effect depicts the spreading of salt, and other spices look like flowing of rain from the sky. The audience cannot do any work while he is cooking. Because every minute of his meal and his voice keep up sticky to the screen. The kitchen illustrated here is the same as the restaurant-style with a garden ambiance. Before the end of the show, he makes a recap of the food that helps note down the method.
